Land Merchant is a family owned business whose team consists of over 40 years of real estate experience and 15 years of hospitality background. We understand how people want fast results coupled with outstanding customer service. James Larson is founder and Managing Member of Land Merchant.
Based out of Park City, Utah, we appreciate and love the beauty of the outdoors. You can often find our team hitting the outdoors with hiking, biking, skiing, camping or taking a moment to enjoy a great sunset.
Meet Teton (Newfoundland) and Bentley (English Cream Golden Retriever) our company mascots. They are our constant source of entertainment, give great snuggles, best friends to each other and to everyone they meet.
OUR PROCESS
We research land all over the United States and make offers based on size, location, and other amenities that may be located on or around the property. We’ll then send out an offer letter and work with the land owners to reach an agreeable price for both parties. It’s that simple!
